Mindfulness: my blog of an 8 week programme

Post here if you are just starting out with your mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a really difficult concept to get your head around at first, and it might be that you would benefit from some help from others.

Hi all

Although I have practice mindfulness "casually" for many years, I have never done a proper programme. Therefore I thought I would do the 8 week programme described in Mindfulness; a practical guide to finding peace in a frantic world by Mark Williams and Danny Penman. I've nearly finished now :? I've read the last chapter, so one more post and that will be it - the beginning of my lifetime of mindfulness.
