Just thought I'd mention that a friend has kindly gifted me a large collection of audio recordings in Mp3 format. The bulk of them specifically relate to Mindfulness (Jon Kabat-Zinn, Mark Williams, Daniel J. Siegel, Joseph Goldstein, Mark M. Muesse, Ronald D. Siegel, Sue Smalley, Thich Nhat Hanh etc.). But there's also quite a few relating to other meditation practices, Buddhist teachings etc., including some priceless Alan Watts recordings. If anyone is interested in a copy of the collection, gratis, please feel free to contact me.
Cheers, Jon

Hi everyone, I currently have this and it's a fantastic resource.

If anyone wants it just PM me and I will pass it on. I think the only condition set by Jon is that whoever receives it agrees to pass it to the next person who asks for it.

Many thanks to Jon for making this available.

I'd encourage anyone wondering about sticking their hands in the air and asking for the stick to be sent to them to go for it.
There is a HUGE amount of books (audio and PDF), seminars and guided meditation here. I am listening to Alan Watts right now giving lectures on his take on the world and how we are in it. It isn't explicitly mindful exactly but is hugely thought provoking.

With so much choice there is bound to be something here that will appeal
“Being mindful means that we take in the present moment as it is rather than as we would like it to be.”
Mark Williams

I've now put all those guided meditations (along with a few other things such as audios of Jon Kabat-Zinn/Mark Williams books) on a USB stick and I'm posting that off to Fee. If anyone is interested in that material, the USB stick can be passed along. Everyone is welcome to borrow it so long as they pass it along to the next person. All the files are in MP3 format so they can be simply dropped into iTunes or similar. So please holler if you're interested.
Cheers, Jon

Jon is there anyway these can be passed along using 'drop box' or email or something similar?

xx

I am really new here but would love to have access to the mp3s. I love listening to meditations and mindfulness discussion, and also collect them for my clients. I will pass them on as well.

In addition I am comfortable with drop box, if you all would like I could create an email and a dropbox account for this forum and share the information so anyone could access it. That way either Dave could upload them, or could send them to me and I could do it, and of course pass on the stick to anyone who would prefer it that way.
