Tips to fight headache pain

Hi All,
Here are some tips to fight headache pain.
Exercise regularly to manage stress and reduce extra weight. Watch what you eat because your exercise program has to be complemented by a sensible eating plan increase your water intake. Take anti inflammatory and quit caffeine, alcohol and smoking. Stick to a sleep schedule and have enough sleep.

Hi Eugene and welcome to the boards.
I have noticed you have started several threads similar to this about ways to manage health problems like headaches and insomnia.

There is a lot of merit in the suggestions you make but I would just like to post a gentle reminder that messages on our boards should not be used as a substitute for medical advice where needed. For example the suggestions you make for fighting headaches are all valid but some people, like me, have health conditions that require medical intervention on top of the things you list.

Mindfulness is a life changing discovery for many people but we each experience it in our own individual way, I look forward to sharing the journey with you :D

Hmmm...does that mean I should quit the copious amount of green tea I'm drinking to get me through my freezing house and cold weather? Please say no...I already kicked coffee!

I have a targets ecigfiend advertising will be ordered down on before the business is big enough to do big-time sponsorships. It's all somewhat little things now. And since they have classic kinds of advertising obtainable to them I'm not sure they'll rush into hurrying. They only went paintballs powerful on hurrying originally around because it was a amazing way to get on TV.
