I find it easy to be aware of my surroundings. (tree's the sky, the contents of my room etc) no problem doing awareness here.
But to stay aware of my internal dialogue that is much harder (or so I think)
1) Is it harder?
2) How do you better see the internal talk it feels like sometimes I can see it sometimes there's no way I can see it. I can never fully get conscious of my self talk.
Any tips/advise/teachings?

Well, we're not aiming to be mindfully aware 24/7. We can simply notice when we are lost in thought and return our attention to our chosen anchor/object of awareness - breath, sound, body sensations etc. We can do this during meditation and in the rest of our day.
We're not trying to 'fully get conscious of my self talk'. We're simply noticing where our minds have gone, then coming back into the moment. Noticing, then coming back.

May I ask again how you see your internal dialogue or self talk, I find it so freaking hard to see it, but seeing a dot on the wall is easy, or noticing my breathe is easy but when it comes to seeing my internal dialogue its very very very very hard. But I want to do it this way because its often my internal dialogue that messes me up and I feel watching it will give me the best control.
I tried bringing back awareness after I lost it, but it just didnt work on my internal dialogue its like its more unconscious than anything else and much harder to wake up enough to see.
Any further tips sorry to ask you so many questions ))

I'm not sure what you mean exactly by 'how do I see my internal dialogue or self talk?'
Thoughts are not a problem.
From time to time I might notice I am lost in thoughts (about the past or the future). I notice this. I then place my attention somewhere else.
Where's the problem?

Thats good it works well thanks Jon! ))))))
Self talk is you talking to you inside your head, so you might say to yourself in your own head "right im going to do this technique now" then you do the technique. Thats what I mean by self talk.
