Dear All:
I am not able to concentrate on Mindfulness/Meditation,sometimes I could centralize though not all the time.
My mind is always wandering past/further thoughts. My palms are always sweaty.
Request your help with precious inputs. Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum.
How long have you been practicing?
The mind will wander, no matter how long you have been practicing. Notice that the mind has wandered and bring your attention back to the object of your awareness - breath, sound, body sensations etc.
If your palms sweat, bring your attention and curiosity to that.
