how to watch the itches in day time ?

Post here if you have been practising for a while, and you are starting to get your head around what this is all about. Also post here if you are a long-term practitioner with something to say about the practice.

Why would it be any different in 'daytime', myna?
It's all about being present, whether you're sitting in meditation, walking to work or chopping the carrots up for a nice soup.
If it's annoying, be with the annoyance. Or else rub some ointment on it.
Best,

feeling anxiety/unfocused on anything when i am feeling/watching itching but not doing physically/resisting
and my mind asks myself why should i restrict the itches what's the point to doing this, one phrase arises in my mind that "what you resist persists" and itching really persisting because i m resisting it so maybe this phrase suits here ):

i also feeling tingling in my leg specially in cross legged i m so confused that should i restrict these itches and tingling or not as usually i do.

Because of these doubts i quit that solitude time this is not my cup of coffee unfortunately, its worth but i cant handle its pain maybe i need some guidance and support in this process but dont where i can find that guidance and support ):

The invitation is to be with the itching, bringing attention and curiosity to it, but not to the point of severe discomfort. Mindfulness isn't about sitting with the unbearable.
If the itching is severe and persistent, you need to seek medical advice.
