I really enjoyed myself. I've always loved painting as I find it relaxing. I tried the art side of mindfulness before through the mindfulness colouring books but don't like the uneven patterns that are often in them as they send my eyes crazy & I have no patience to sit & colour. I didn't realise until I went on the course that I was allowed to paint. The fact that I can add writing positive poetry to my practise makes it even better. I've got to finish my book off yet but I can do it in my own time & I know how to make another 1. He said we can make gratitude journals & poetry books the same way. (I guess I'm just a creative person.)
