Practicing mindfulness has dramatically improved my life, and I would love to share my story in hopes of inspiring others.
In less than 6 months, I lost 40 pounds by eating clean and practicing mindfulness and self-care (both of which helped me overcome self-sabotaging thoughts and behavior).
Prior to 2017, I was a wreck; emotionally drained, mentally exhausted, and physically unhealthy. Self-sabotage was preventing me from losing weight.
My hormones were off-balance, my skin was suffering, and social media and mindless TV were sapping my spirit! I was severely depressed, lost, frustrated, and I knew it was time for a change.
To turn my life around, I made a conscious effort to learn how to live simply and naturally. I banished bad habits, underwent a digital detox, and retrained my body and brain.
My journey from then to now has led me to become the best version of myself - although I'm still learning and evolving! Overcoming my life long struggles has sparked in me a passion to share what I've discovered.
My work and life are now devoted to sharing ideas, tools, and resources that will help other women (like me ) on a similar journey.
