Hello everyone!
Its a pleasure to be here and I am excited to begin practicing mindfulness for a better life!
A little about me, I am currently a physics student with a strong passion for physics and philosophy. So thinking and understanding is one of my absolute favorite things to do. Especially asking "why"!
In a way I have found my own way to stay calm over the years, and I rarely get angry or bothered by anything. However I think some formal exercises and feedback will help solidify my ways.
