I really like the Audio Dharma podcasts, they've been a great guiding influence on my practice. I particularly like this one about awareness of thoughts during the day and ways to approach that. I love her emphasis on not trying to be aware all the time but on noticing when you naturally come back to awareness during the day and how you are at that moment.
