Hi Roxy Si,
Perhaps the author of the book would like to write a blog for us?
Cheers,
Jon

Excellent.
Currently, our preference is for blogs of 1200-1500 words, written from a personal perspective, and with a strong narrative. They do need to be specifically about mindfulness. We have no interest in general health articles or pieces written as lists (10 Things You Didn't Know…) Ideally, we would like a strong sense of someone's individual story rather than yet another generic piece about the benefits of mindfulness.
Here are some examples of recent pieces that have worked well for us.

Maybe have a read of some of those and get back to me...
All best wishes,
Jon
