Advice for a Newbie :)

Post here if you are just starting out with your mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a really difficult concept to get your head around at first, and it might be that you would benefit from some help from others.

I am new to this
Just started yesterday with the body scan mans breathing.
I was wondering about the 8 week course it mentions to sign up to but there seems to be no link.
