Hi,

I'm Kenny Lee. From a small country of Malaysia.

Practicing mindfulness in this country is difficult. Why? Because of the multicultural cuisines that I grew up with. Eating has become a favourite pastime of our people. Whether it's a casual meetup, business meeting or a class reunion, it has to be around food. With all our senses being assailed by those mouth-watering foods, it's hard to be mindful.

Yet, I paid the price of not practicing mindfulness the hard way. Wrecking my car twice in the process.

Wait, isn't this supposed to be a greeting and not a long sob story of mine. (That's why mindfulness is simple but not easy).

Anyway, I blog about mindfulness and meditation from a non-religious point of view at [I'm not sure why I can't post URL but try looking at my signature.]

I hope to learn and grow within this community. Mindfulness is a life long journey. It's nice to meet new friends here.

Mindfully me,
Kenny
