Hello folks.
As some of you already know, I've just embarked on a five-year mindful pilgrimage which will involve a walk around the UK, teaching mindfulness (mostly for free/donations accepted) as I go. I am accompanied on my journey by Banjo The Spaniel.
We're currently holed up in a tent on the outskirts of Lewes. Very nice it is too.
If anyone would like to follow my mindful journey, this is my website:
mindfulpilgrim.com
The site includes all my contacts including Facebook and Twitter links.
Thanks for listening.
Cheers,
Jon

Nice site. It will be interesting to hear what you find on your journey.

Thanks folks.
Beautiful here today in Lewes.
Banjo is particularly content, having stolen a bag of dried sausages from my rucksack. They were meant to last him until Saturday. If only he'd been mindful of the need to pace his appetite.
All is not lost. I can get another pack from the local Aldi, 45 minutes walk from my wee camp.
Phew.

Great interview John!

I quite enjoyed it once I first caught myself trying to read the paper and listen to it at the same time

Yes brilliant interview Jon. Also made me laugh a couple of times. Reminded me of the great Ricky Charvase.
