Music For Meditation

Post here if you have been practising for a while, and you are starting to get your head around what this is all about. Also post here if you are a long-term practitioner with something to say about the practice.

It's also interesting how much my musical taste has developed. I like a wide range of it and dip into whatever fits my mood at the time :D

Hello,

there is a radio station dedicated to meditation music, and it has access to other spiritual resources as well : www.radiomagico.com

As you never know what is coming up, everything is new, and present awareness is more likely. I hope this information gets spread further.

You can check brain.fm it's not free but I found it very smooth :)

There was some chance to buy this lifetime subscription for 25 usd and I did. It really helps me to do some work, where I just need to be with me but I need to have some noise in my ears. Wel it works for me. It's also cool for sleeping. Other then that I don't know I like it better then noise generators.
