Also, I'll be posting Mindfulness For Health off to you early next week. That's got a lot more advice about working with pain.
I've been very fortunate in my life in that I haven't experienced much physical pain but I'm currently down with shingles (diagnosed this afternoon) which has involved, amongst other things, very intense stabbing pains in my face. Being mindful when all that kicks off has been incredibly helpful.
Cheers, Jon

That's a great article! Having suffered from pain myself (for 10 years) I very much relate and look forward to learning more. Thanks :)

This scampi happening.
If anyone knows any good fish puns, let minnow. Don't be koi. Take time to mullet over if you like. Don't leave it to salmon else. Or we'll find ourselves between a rock and hard plaice.
I'm here all week, folks.

Gotta put my thinking carp on :D

I wish I hadn't started now. I didn’t do it on porpoise. The quicker we sort it out the batter. I'll try to kipper a lid on it...

I don't know why I'm getting so many pulled (strained) muscles in and around my shoulders, neck and chest. Do you think it could be because my body is finally relaxing from years of tension? I'm doing my best to acknowledge it as it is but I'm also a wee bit curious.

Could be. I honestly don't know.

The long body scan and spot scans help to recognise new tension, also help with current pain. :)
