The snoring is much less due to the array of aids to stop snoring working at varying degrees, which is great :D I've had some sleep. I've also been able to practice accepting and being curious about the sound, where normally it'd make me feel quite disappointed and at times anxious, I've found myself remaining calm!

That's great to hear, Happyogababe.
Oddly enough, my spaniel Banjo had a fit of the snores around 3am last night which is unusual for him. For a few minutes I remained curious about the sound of the snores. Then I got fed up and moved him off the bed and onto the living-room sofa.
Easier to do with a spaniel, of course. :D

How odd. :D and yes, it is much easier to move a spaniel. He must have been a bit snuffly :)
