The effects of meditation

Post here if you have been practising for a while, and you are starting to get your head around what this is all about. Also post here if you are a long-term practitioner with something to say about the practice.

Hi there!

I'm looking at the positive effects that meditation have on your wellbeing and absorption levels for my dissertation, because I really think meditation has made me mentally more robust.

Anyway, I would really appreciate if you would take part in my questionnaire, links at the bottom, so I can test my Theory out, all you do is answer the questions (it takes around 5 minutes), provide your email and then repeat it again in 2 weeks (I'll remind you via email).

It would be great to prove my theory right, it doesn't matter if you're new to meditating or a complete professional :D

Thank you!

Ps. Make sure you click all the way through to the thank you screen when done otherwise it won't register as completed. Thankyou!

That URL appears to be incorrect.
Thanks, Jon
