Do you get up half an hour earlier for your meditation? Do you get out of bed for it?

I'm normally mid morning, that's when I'm less likely to be disturbed and I've 'woken' enough, I have energy/fatigue issues so I'm kinda ruled by that....but I'm learning that it's fine because it's just the way it is and I'm grateful to be able to do it. :D
