Hi all. I am a new member. I'm glad to find this group. I wonder if you'd be interested in participating in research on how mindfulness has affected the way you manage.
A colleague and I are leadership coaches, former managers, and mindfulness practitioners who are convinced that making practical mindfulness more accessible to managers can produce better work and better ways to work.
The purpose of this research is to learn more about when and how mindfulness can help managers do their jobs, cut the pain of managing, and also cut the pain suffered by the people they manage.
We’ll use the responses of those who choose to help by testinng our hypotheses about the ways mindfulness has a positive impact. We’ll also use it to refine the research we do with a broader audience. Finally it will broaden our perspective as we develop offerings for clients.
If you want to participate, that input is private and confidential. We’ll only share themes and insights from this phase of investigation beyond ourselves. We will never identify you by more than your title and the sector your organization serves. And we won't add you to any mailing lists unless you ask to be included.
To get started, just answer a few quick questions using this Google Forms survey: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1X4lQ8mBSvHjGhnI5SZ6Y7ur0129ih8Ig43jjvXyQ_dw/viewform Seriously, no spam here. And we'll follow up if you'd like to talk with us.
Thanks for considering it. If you choose not to participate but have other thoughts or recommendations about mindfulenss and management, we'd welcome them. And of course, if we can help you, whether a manager or not, please don't hesitate to ask. John Roberts, with my colleauge Jonathan Levene.

Hi John and welcome,
I'll run you a link to this topic soon, when we've overcome the forum difficulties. It normally looks a lot prettier than this!
Hope fully it will get you some take-up.
