i dont know if meditation can solve my problem

Post here if you are just starting out with your mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a really difficult concept to get your head around at first, and it might be that you would benefit from some help from others.

Momentum is just another thought, invested in the idea that, after all that meditation, we should have got somewhere. Mindfulness is not about getting anywhere. It's about being with what is, right now.

I've found every meditation is new. That each time it's different.i may sit in a similar position but life's moved on and everything has changed. Don't expect anything from meditation, it's for being present or now. And that's never the same.
