Hi, I am really happy to be a part of this community, and to begin I thought it would be a good idea to share what got me interested in Mindfulness in the first place.
I read a lot about mindfulness, and I was not able to clearly understand how mindfulness could be adapted in my daily life, within the realm of city and my day job.
I read this book which was eye-opener and its simple language helped a lot.
