Hi everyone.
I have recently finished a mindfulness course and I wanted to create a facebook support page and group where I could share my experience with mindfulness with others and also learn from other people too.
The page is a central place for information that includes, quotes, articles, practices and exercises to help teach, motivate and inspire you.
I also have a mindfulness support group which was created so members could share their own posts of articles and quotes and interact with each other, if they wished.
