Hello all,

Thought I'd take a quick second to introduce myself.

My name is Liz and I have practised mindfulness for several years, I've always found it has helped me through difficult times and generally improved my quality of life.
Currently I am training as a clinical psychologist, and regularly use mindfulness in my practise.

I am also conducting research in to whether mindfulness practise has an influence on peoples workplace relationships. The research is important because improved workplace relationships can reduce distress, which in turn could lead to lower incidence of mental health difficulties. If anyone would like to take part then contact details are in my sig, and there will shortly be a post with a little more information elsewhere in the forum.

Anyhow, lovely to meet you all
Liz x
