Hi Everyone, we would love to share with you our positive experiences of art therapy, and specifically, working with Zentangles and Mandalas.
We are an intimate group of counsellors, psychotherapists and therapeutic life coaches. We have a private practice in Harley Street, London, and in our clinic we see lots of people for all sorts of things including depression, anxiety and stress. We are introducing more and more the benefits of art within a clinical setting and has been hugely successful with our clients.
We also have an enormous interest in the value of art therapy within the treatment of ADHD. One of the partners here at the practice, is in fact, daily proof of the benefits that colouring-in, can have. Richard, has lived with chronic ADHD all his life, and colouring-in, has become part of his everyday life.
In fact, we were featured in last week's, "The Big Issue", if anyone would like to read it, please let me know and I will forward you the link. In the meantime, here are a couple of our blogs we would like to share with you:

Glad you made it to the forum.
This a really interesting way of practising mindfulness. I've read about other people who have used the therapy and gotten much benefit from it. The Zentangles are certainly stunning when they are finished. Black and white drawing is among my favourite kinds of art.
I'm going to move this topic to 'resources,' as I think it is more appropriate there.
I'll give you some links from Twitter too.
