Mindfulness YouTube Channel with Free Meditations and Tips

Hi there,

I have been a regular meditator for many years and a teacher. Last year I completed two certificates in Applied Mindfulness Meditation with the University of Toronto. I have started a YouTube channel with free guided meditation, mindfulness tips, vlogs about mindfulness and other content for practitioners new and old. Thought I would let people know about it.
