Hi Weir,
Welcome to the forum.
That does sound like an unusually extreme reaction to mindfulness.
I have to admit that I'm not qualified to give you advice on this. Hopefully some of our other members will be in a position to offer you help and advice.
All good things,
Jon

Hi Weir,
Like Jon, I don't feel qualified to answer your question, however, I've heard that it's not uncommon to become a bit more aware of your dreams when practicing meditation.
However, it may just be a coincidence that these dreams occurred at this time. There are many other possible 'causes', including stress, lack of sleep, certain drugs, illness, and personality disorders.
If they persist I'd probably stop practicing mindfulness and see a doctor.

Yep I am having lots of stress and lack of sleep from many years and I saw lots of snake and strange dreams over the years, but this one is bizarre that's why I thought actually what happened to my mind whether I continue mindfulness or not,
Today I just had dream not scary but like Pornography and had intense night fall too, and I just wake up from it.
Need more advice

Hello Weir,
As Matt says, if you are experiencing persistent negative reactions to meditation, the best course of action may be to consult a doctor before continuing with your practice.
On this forum, we are not qualified to give medical advice.
I wish you well,
Jon

Weir,
After doing mindfulness, I more often than not have very vivid dreams. My dreams aren’t normally scary but they are indeed vivid. And on a day when I don’t do any mindfulness meditation, I will almost never be able to remember a dream. But when I have a good focused mindfulness meditation, I always seem to dream and be able to remember my dreams very well.
I realize my situation isn’t quite like yours but I wonder if the meditation is stirring up some things inside of you. Change can bring up some very scary feelings. Personally, I would try to keep doing what you’re doing and just keep on eye on it to see if it improves any.
