Everyday Mindfulness

Hello - I hope other forum users won't mind if I take the opportunity to share news of an event for mindfulness teachers that's happening on 29 Jan in London in the UK. It's happening at the Uni of Westminster in the Psychology Dept buildings and is a chance to meet other teachers, hear news and updates from our community, and catch up with familiar faces.
