Meditation to Love things

Hey everybody
I have started becoming interessting in meditation and mindfullness.
I was sondering can you meditate/ train yourself to like doing spefic things? like training or doing some hard job. To have that motivation to just do it and not quiting is or procast it and dont stop even when is hard.
if yes how ?

Mindfulness doesn't mean that you are going to enjoy every activity in your life but, with practice, you should be able to approach most tasks/activities with more openness and acceptance.
How?
By maintaining a regular meditation practice.

yeah i know, more thinking like also to not to procast things. Like to have that feeling before you go to bed thinking " i am going to wake up at 6 am and go for a run" but when you then wake up, you just lay down to sleep agian. If you can meditate to kinda not have that feeling so you do go for a run, and delvope more motivation
but is there like a special way to meditate to achevie that ? havnet done too much meditation before

No special way.
Just practice.
Start with 30 mins a day, just sitting and following your breath.
The rest will follow.

Start with 15-20 mins a day.
