I want to say hello to everyone who has the courage to investigate mindfulness, especially beginners. I want to post in both sections so I can contact everyone who is in this journey toward mindfulness. I love to read about meditation and mindfulness and will also check the resource category out. I am an older practitioner and just retired. In my life I have been involved in martial arts, tai chi, and qigong.Mostly on weekends when i worked. I am still training in these areas. but recently i have been took on the practice of 'sitting'. call it what you want, meditation or mindfulness training. I just sit, and breathe, and just tune into my being. anyway, I hope this is a place I can write and discuss things about mindfulness. Usually there isn't alot of participation in these kind of forums. lets face it, we all get to busy. I know when I was working, i hardly had anytime for anything but work and sleep. So now I want to develop my awareness of whats important in my life.

We run our own mindfulness group on Zoom which meets every Monday and Friday. Please feel free to join us any time the fancy takes you.

thanks for the invite. I will investigate some of the requirements for the zoom channel. I have not used zoom, so I do not know what's involved in getting it to work. 6pm London time would be a different time here in Pennsylvania, USA. thanks for reaching out, I appreciate that.
