That dont last long and that I cant keep hold of?
Like I do it without meditating 1st. Liek I will just let go, and for a while sometimes I can get a perfect state of happy and serene.
But I cant keep hold of them.
So I stick to formal meditation practice.
But what does it mean why can I get it at a high level but then I always lose it? Liek its impossible not to lose almost.
Is that what happens to everyone?
What does it mean?
What does it mean when I get instant near perfect states?

Mindfulness has got nothing to do with maintaining 'a perfect state of happy and serene'. It has nothing to do with aiming for and maintaining 'a high level' of anything.
It is about being present; being with your present moment experience as it arises - whether you choose to label that experience as pleasant, unpleasant or something in between. It's about turning towards our moment to moment experience and holding it in awareness. This applies to all experience, including anxiety and physical pain.
If you are fixated on finding a meditation practice that involves striving for a particular state such as bliss (or even relaxation), then I'd suggest looking into other practices. Maybe TM would be a better fit for you?
What you are describing is not mindfulness.
