It's really frustrating when you can't control yourself and get disturbed by simplest things in life. Remember the scene where the badass in a movie walks towards the camera while something explodes behind him or her, and not a single muscle moves on their faces? How do you think they can manage that? Yes. Attention management. And 5 senses is how we all get controlled and manipulated every single day of our lives.
