Dear all, wish you all a great day.
There are places where i see people saying I must follow breathing while doing any task... I think its kind of impossible. Its better if i do a task i should only concentrate on that. What does the experts say... I really want to know.

Hi,
I'm no expert but I'd say there are plentiful moments in your day where you can return to the breath. Of course, if you're, say, driving in traffic and something happens and you have to react quickly I wouldn't suggest ignoring that while concentrating to your breath. But the moment right after that, you probably will be able to return to it rather quickly.
So I don't think you can apply it absolutely 100% of the time - but I still think it can be applied to a good fraction of your day. Of course it's easier said that done, and easier while doing some specific things (e.g. walking, commuting, washing the dishes, trying to sleep, etc.)
Hope that helps.
