I carry a fair bit of guilt around, partly is response to bereavements. I have accepted the losses but carry guilt from my relationships with the people concerned whilst they were alive. I always dreaded the deaths before I had made amends and it has happened.
Are there any mindfulness-based resources anyone can recommend? I bought Tara Brach's Radical Acceptance and whilst there is a chapter in it on guilt it seems mostly to do with acceptance instead of feelings of insecurity and inadequacy. I think it could be excellent for that.
Any suggestions folks?
