Everyday Mindfulness

I just had a lovely drive like I can't recall. I hadn't noticed before but its a great mindfull practice and one I've been doing for a long time since driving has become a pretty instinctive thing. Noticing it though and working with it was really nice. Not to mention I was patient, precise and law abiding all without trying to be. All up a nice day.
Finding these resources is reminding me of and enforcing all the wonder that practice and persistence offer.
