Hi all,
I am visiting after following the site on twitter.
Just searching for some guided meditations I can get online. I'm Australian so would prefer British/Aussie accents, not because I don't like American accents but I find it distracting!
Any tips would be great.
Thanks

these are two good sites,
the first has both male and female voiced ones and the second is just north of england female, best be careful what i say about these, she's my mentor!
there are probably lots of others, quite a few linked to the freemindfulness site.

These are some of my favourites. Narrated by the inspirational Mark Williams.

hi
i've just talked this over with my mentor and she says it's ok to put our resources on the forum
http://tinyurl.com/service-user
there are all our mindfulness meditations, with several different male , female, scottish and lancashire accents.
all our mindfulness session ones are on and some that we don't use anymore.
there are poems, stories and a lot of (nicked) pictures
so now anyone can access it. it's still a work in progress so is being added to all the time.
the only part that people can't use is our reunions page, unfortunately they're only for people who have done our courses.
maybe a 'mod could copy this link into the relevant place as a resource?

Welcome to the community Georgia and thank you very much for that Pied.
If you would like to post it in the resources section maybe with a little more information about where the resources are from and what they contain that would be great.
Thanks
Fee
