Hi All
Encouraged by JonW (thanks!!!) I have started my own mindfulness blog
It is very scary but think and feel it will be a useful tool for me. The link is:

Good start Jenna. I'll keep checking for new updates
I find blogging a very useful outlet. Mine is mostly about music and health and anything else I fancy but I do have a dedicated mindfulness page.
It's also a way of virtually meeting new people.

A great post, indeed. It's an insteresting thing about mindfulness that it doesn't matter how long one has been doing it, anyone's heart-felt reflections on the practice are always valuable to people at any stage of the practice - it's probably the whole necessary 'beginner's mind' thing - the practice is essentially the same practice no matter the length of the practice.
This phrase particularly jumped out from your blog post Jenna: "my brain has simply developed pathways". If only more people could realise that instead of condemning themselves to a life of 'wrongness', instead of seeking to 'manage' their pathways so that they become healthier...
