Need to get back on the wagon

Post here if you are just starting out with your mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a really difficult concept to get your head around at first, and it might be that you would benefit from some help from others.

I am back to doing the formal practice. I wanted to know what a daily practice should look like? Formal and informal. I am doing the breathing meditation and the body scan for 20 mins. What else can I do?
