I'm inspired by what everyone has written and need to stay with this for another week. I've had flashbacks and triggers this week and they scream so loudly it's very hard to focus on taking in the good. But I know that I need to learn to do that, or things will never turn around. So I am going to stay with this while also doing Week 3 and try to get some traction on it. I can notice the good, but remembering to bring it into my body is still very difficult.
