Post here if you are just starting out with your mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a really difficult concept to get your head around at first, and it might be that you would benefit from some help from others.

I tried to find the passage Lyn quoted about procrastination. I have been back to the book to look for it but haven't been able to find it.Could anyone tell me where that is in the book? thanks

For anyone else who has not noticed yet, please note that a new thread "JOT Week 1 - Be For Yourself" has been opened for comments/discussion of Chapter One.

As this initial thread has received over 2800 'reads' in just a week, opening a separate thread for each chapter seems a good idea!
