Meditation Bench?

Post here if you are just starting out with your mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a really difficult concept to get your head around at first, and it might be that you would benefit from some help from others.

Twenty stone, eh? That would support me and Banjo easier, with room for a cat too.

Just to say it isn't my website, but I do know the person who designed the Kindseat. It took around 4 years - he teaches meditation and saw that we're all different shapes and sizes and has tried to help with this - as I've found it helpful thought I'd mention it when I came across this site and saw someone was looking for a seat. I've used cushions, chairs and benches and feel this seat will last me for a while now!
I've meditated for about 18 years - and am so grateful for having this is my life! It has really made a difference. Mindfulness seems a bit like magic to me! How suddenly my world expands and there's more room for it all! I really like this site and although I came upon it by chance, look forward to exploring more and learning and sharing.
