Fostering for compassion for others in daily life

Post here if you are just starting out with your mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a really difficult concept to get your head around at first, and it might be that you would benefit from some help from others.

I must say I am intrigued to sample a "bath Oliver" biscuit ;) Where can they be purchased?! I'm quite partial to ginger nuts myself :D Can't think of much more to add to the topic, I do agree that a breathing space works wonders when dealing with annoying work colleagues, taking a step back and thinking their anger, teasing whatever it is they are doing they are looking for a negative reaction back and they aren't going to get it!

Any supermarket worth its salt should stock the Bath Oliver. Waitrose are stuffed to the rafters with them.
The "Oliver", as it's fondly known, is unfairly regarded in some quarters as a posh biscuit. I would argue that it is a classless biscuit that recognises no boundaries.

LOL - now I'm going to have to see if Lidl or Aldi sell them too!
