Welcome to the forum.
That sounds interesting and not something to worry about.
Mindfulness really comes down to being with whatever is arising in our experience from moment to moment - pleasant, unpleasant, or even something a little unusual.
My advice would be to simply notice the pulsating colours when they arise, meeting them with bare attention and curiosity. Just allow them to be. And enjoy them for what they are.
