I hope you're happy and peaceful!
I wanted to share a podcast I've been working on - it was originally a request from work colleagues to record a "mindfulness taster" for those who couldn't attend the face to face sessions. I've added a few guided meditations on compassion, anger, phobias, making the world a better place and a few other subjects.
It would be great to get feedback from you - either things I could do better or ideas for episodes. If you'd like to be a guest let me know as well. Grateful for any thoughts!
