Still here

Post here if you are just starting out with your mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a really difficult concept to get your head around at first, and it might be that you would benefit from some help from others.

Hi

Just to say I'm still carrying on with my meditation and attempts at mindfulness. I have missed some meditations lately but am back to it now.

There are slight benefits but nothing dramatic but then again I told myself at the beginning that it is worth sticking to regardless.

I know from my experience of developing a relationship with God that these things can't be measured in months (at least for me). It's all a process I think and looking for 'success' is wasted time.
