Hi Everyone,
My name is Jamie and I am at the very beginning of my journey.
My life was taking a turn for the worst last year and a couple of months back I lost everything important to me. House, family, dogs, and most importantly the woman I love. I lost sight of what was important and it led me down a a dark path.
Over the past few weeks I have been looking into many different things to try and be a better, or as I like to say the REAL version of me. I have been taking a real interest in positive energy vibrations and the law of attraction, and now I have thought to take it a step further and have booked myself on a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8 week course starting in a couple of weeks.
I'm really excited and feeling positive about where I am, and where I am heading.
