A greeting

Post here if you are just starting out with your mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a really difficult concept to get your head around at first, and it might be that you would benefit from some help from others.

Hello again and thanks for the further greetings.

I've managed to pick up an audiobook of the Mark Williams book that was recommended - the advice is appreciated.

Dave - doctors in the past but not for long, I now find myself in a foreign country with a language barrier so that's not an option at the moment. The Ruth Baer book at least put the seed of mindfulness back in my mind. I'll be starting the Williams book this weekend.
