Hi all,

My name is Adele Krusche and I am conducting a set of studies looking at pre- and post-natal mood and mindfulness as part of my Doctoral research. I am recruiting pregnant women to take part in a study which is examining potential benefits of an online mindfulness course (offered free as part of research) for pregnant women. I would be very grateful if you could forward this information to anyone you think may be interested. :)

Anyone in the EU can take part as it's all online. Details below.

Are you pregnant?
Would you like to take part in a free online stress reduction course?
Then why not take part in a study looking at whether an online mindfulness course might benefit people during pregnancy?
We are interested in whether this kind of course is feasible for women during pregnancy and whether or not people at this time in their lives find it helpful.

Ultimately we hope to use this research to help develop better ways to prevent negative moods during and after pregnancy.

To take part, please go to https://www.survey.bris.ac.uk/oxford/mindf1
More information on our website http://www.perinatalmoods.co.uk

Thanks,
Adele

Thank you to everyone who has signed up so far! I'm getting a great response :) Still time to sign-up to participate if you would like to. I'll be recruiting participants for a couple of weeks.

Thanks again,
Adele

That’s pretty good! I also conducted my Doctoral research on infertility. I got the complete details on celebrity infertility and organized my research. 50 people took part in my research. I hope you’ll get success in your research!
