Hello to everyone in the ever growing everyday mindfulness community.
To those of you that haven't 'met' me yet, I am one of the forum administrators and am usually around a lot more than I have been recently. Basically I have been pretty low, a couple of days in hospital and various health and family stuff has hit various fans.
The longer I wasn't around, the more daunting the list of unread posts seems. So I am easing myself back in. I have marked everything as read to start afresh. I will try and be around and post more
Hi Everyone
“Being mindful means that we take in the present moment as it is rather than as we would like it to be.”

Didn't see this Fee until now.
I think the fact that I missed this among all the other posts is a sign that our forum is succeeding.
I'm sorry that your health/mood isn't so good at the moment. Don't worry about having to read all the posts, all of the time and add unnecessary pressure on yourself. Your wellbeing is the most important thing. You will always be a crucial member of this community, whether you take a month off or a year off. The same applies to Tristan, and he has been away far longer than you were.
I hope that some positive things happen in your life soon, goodness knows you deserve it.

Thanks Gareth
Sadly we have had a bereavement this week but I'm feeing a bit more up to dealing with it at least.
I meant to ask if you'd seen Om Yoga magazine? I picked up an issue after picking it up in Tesco. I am a bit annoyed it has a 'mens' section as I've never thought of yoga along gender lines but you know much more about that side of things than me. Anyway I thought I'd mention it in case you wanted to take a look
