Changes

Hi everyone
As you have probably noticed I have made quite a few changes, moving posts, renaming and merging boards and putting up revised forum guidelines.
I am already aware of a couple of outstanding niggles that I have not been able to correct such as the old forum guidelines still appearing above some boards. They must be there by magic as my attempts to remove them and searches of the phpbb boards have so far drawn a blank. If you notice anything let me know but please also bare with me as some changes may take some time to put into place.
We aren't done yet, hopefully we will be launching a newsletter for EM soon too.
